Visual Mihi.

Hi my name is Asena and this is my visual mihi about the things that is important to myself,  as you can see there is a togan flag because I am full  togan and also you can see there is a cross because my family and I really enjoy going to church. Hope you enjoy reading my visual mihi.

First day back at school.

Waking up in the morning knowing that its the first day of school so I quickly rushed to the bathroom and wash my face to get ready for school. As I was getting ready I was feeling a little bit nervous because I really badly wanted to know what class I was gonna be in.

As I arrived at school all my friends ran towards me and gave me huge hugs because we haven’t seen each other for a long time. As my friends and I was walking we were all nervous because all of us wanted to be in the same class.

When we got called to go and sit in the hall ready for our assembly I was feeling really happy to see everyone back at school. while Mr Burt was talking he told all the year 8’s to go to the street that's where the seniors are.

As soon we entered the street we had to sit down so we can welcome the year 7’s to the senior block. After the year 7’s came in we had to sing a special song for them. As soon we finished singing the new teachers had to come and introduce themselves to us.

When they finished introducing themselves it was time to call out the classes and the first class to be called out was class 1, it was Mr Wiseman class. As they called out other kids name I was wondering if they are going to call out my name, after about 10 people they called out my name and I was really nervous because I don’t really know my teacher that well.

My Goals for this term.

My goal for this term:

My goals for this term is trying my best in maths and trying to move up a level.

 My mostly important goal is trying to finish of work at all times and listening to the teacher.

 My goal for this whole year is trying to strive to succeed and achieving my goals like reading, writing and maths.

This goal for this year:

 My number one goal is try to listen to the teacher and not to talk while hes talking.

 My most important goal for the year is to always be in the right place, right time with the right attitude. 

My last goal for this year is trying to improve all my goals and do the right thing at all times and also to help other.

This is my Thinkboard that I have made all by myself which I really enjoy because I really like doing thinkboard because I need to practice maths things. Hope you enjoy reading my maths work:).

Future Aspiration.

This morning we had three special speakers that I came to the senior block and talked to us about Future Aspiration that was really cool. The three special speakers was Anthony Samuels, Paula Fakalata, Amelia Unafe and they were the special speakers. They spoke to us about making the right choices and about what we are going to become when we grow up in the future.

Thinkbaord.

Manaiakalani Film Festival :)

I woke up with excitement knowing today was the Manaiakalani Film Festival so I started to get ready for school, when I was getting ready I opened my white curtains to get a glimpse of sunshine.  While I was  getting ready I quickly put  on my uniform and ran to mum to plat my hair. Knowing that I was running late no matter what I already handed in my permission slip.

Rushing through the door to hop into the green van to get to school I just realized that the junior classes are leaving first and the senior class from class 1 to 5  is  leaving at 11:30 so there was no point of me rushing to school early when the junior classes are leaving when the 8:50 bell rings.

Getting ready for the senior classes to hop on the bus everyone was pushing and hitting each other because they wanted to sit at the back seat.  As soon as we were going everyone was really excited because they wanted to see the movie really badly because maybe some of the movies a funny.

As soon we got off the bus we straight walked up the escalator ready to go inside the cinemas. Walking inside the cinemas it was really pack with other schools because the only the school that was there with us was Somerville school and it was really pack. Walking up the stairs I was quickly running to the back seat  to get a really good view by watching from the top.

Waiting for the movie to start I was sitting with Mele and Ane talking about if the movie is going to be funny or cool. As soon as the movie was starting our class which was class 3 was the first one to play the movie so I was just sitting quickly.

My favorite Movie out of all of it was the Bowl Cut because it was the funnest one because I was laughing from the beginning to the end thats how funny it was. The Bowl Cut had me laughing the whole time even the two girls which was Mele and Ane was laughing but also embarrassed because they were in the movie.
