My Melted crayon

Art Alive, is what we are learning this term. It is all about drawing cool things with Miss King.

Our first piece of art that we made used melted crayons. Gluing them on to cardboard in order of hot to cold colours was our first step. Hannah carefully painted a stencil of the word “Learn” onto our canvas.

Melting the crayons was really cool because it was melting so fast that all the different colours were coming at the same times and blending together. The picture looked really cool when we started melting the crayons with a hair drier.

The picture looked like a rainbow when it was finished. Running my hand over it, the picture felt
smooth and bumpy.`

My tissue flower

Painting our backgrounds with blue and green paint, we carefully dipped the brush in to clean water and quickly made it dirty.

As we finished painting our backgrounds we had to  make the flowers and stick into the paper.

Bright petals made with tissues competed my artwork.

While we  painted our flowers with different colours, I waited for it to dry.

Word find.

This Is our own word find that  we did with our hole class and our class is having fun doing it.
The thing I liked about this word find because it easy and cool.

Kid should see this.

put the jar in the bowl  toghter with the cardbroaud and it got burn so as the.It was magic because Isaw there was fire inside the jar that it burn the card borud togher but it was in side.The movie that I watch was really cool to me because I enjoyed watching the part I liked was when he

Ben Carson

Yesterday we went to see Ben Carson at the Telstra Clear Events Centre. He was telling us about his life. At school Ben Carson thought he was really dumb. He  didn’t know anything in the tests in class. Kids were tesaing him so much and laughing.

As Ben Carson got older he turned his life around and started to read books. The books gave him knowledge that he used to pass his tests and finish university. Dr Ben is now a world famous neuro surgeon.

My picnic story

Intense the sun shone strongly in my eyes at the picnic.  I wanted to swim but I didn’t, because I felt cold. However,  when I put my legs in the water it was warm. I wish I had my togs.

Small children were having fun playing with clay at the beach. Clay is fun to play with because you can make things with clay. Playing with clay is my favourite thing at the beach is making hings with it. The thing i hate about clay is your hand get slimy.`Glistening, the fine sand was used in making my sand castle. Having so much fun with my friends building castle. My favourite thing about the sand castle was finding shells to decorate my sand castle.I washed the shells so they could be clean.

Colourful bubbles were  up in the sky the kids were trying to pop!!! the massive bubbles.That was my first time looking
at a  big bubble they were jumping all around the beach there were lots of people at the beach.The favoitie part I liked about is making staff out of bubbles.
